Requirement Profile ##

• Successfully completed SRK nursing course with professional experience in long-term care
• Joy in working with elderly people
• Empathy, humor, and a positive basic attitude
• Independent, reliable, and team-oriented way of working
• Willingness to engage with varied tasks and different situations

Tasks ##

• You accompany and care for the residents entrusted to you in everyday life
• You support elderly people with personal hygiene, mobility, and other activities of daily living
• You actively help shape everyday life, for example through walks, creative activities, and other engagement offers
• You take on tasks within the framework of key person work and act according to appropriate instructions
• You participate in reports and reliably pass on relevant observations to the nursing team
• You maintain the nursing documentation carefully and in a timely manner
• Additionally, you support the team with logistical and housekeeping activities
