Area of responsibility

• Training and guidance of apprentices/students for the qualifications FaGe, AGS, EBA and in the future also Pflege HF (in planning)
• Together with the trainees, ensure competent and holistic nursing and care of our patients along the nursing process
• Creating targeted learning opportunities in everyday nursing care as well as conducting practical learning days
• General further development of training together with the vocational training team as well as strengthening the nursing team in supporting the trainees
• Working days Monday – Friday
• Development perspective: possibility of taking over deputy tasks of the vocational training managers

Requirements

• Diploma Pflege HF/FH
• Further education in the field of education or the willingness to complete this
• Experience and in-depth knowledge of training concepts
• Experience in using the RAI assessment instrument is an advantage
• High social competence and ability for an open and clear division of labor
• You possess proven didactic skills, appreciate being a role model for trainees and new team members and enjoy taking on responsibility.
