To support the existing night shift team, we are looking for an engaged personality as a Dipl. Pflegefachperson HF in night shift, effective immediately or by arrangement.
Your tasks

• Ensuring professionally correct care during the night
• Guiding non-diploma nurses during the night
• Taking over ward-crossing activities outside the local competence
• Cooperation with specialist employees and nursing assistants on ten wards
• Updating the nursing documentation
• Implementation and further development of the quality management system according to ISO 9001 and RAI
• Support of smooth shift operations and cooperation

Your profile

• Completed training as Dipl. Pflegefachperson HF/FH or SRK-recognized qualification
• High respect towards elderly, mentally ill and demented people
• Knowledge in RAI and Easy Dok is an advantage
• Independent and self-responsible way of working
• Strong quality and cost awareness
• Flexibility and openness to modern nursing philosophy
• Readiness to work in the night shift
