Expert for the expansion of an inclusive internal health service

Stiftung Hofacker in Weinfelden offers individual and differentiated residential and daily structure places for up to 45 adults with a disability.

Across the entire operation and affiliated with the general management, we are looking for an expert for the expansion of an inclusive internal health service with a 30 to 50 % workload, starting January 1, 2027, or by arrangement.

In this function, you are responsible for the consultation and implementation of operational health topics in cooperation with internal and external specialists.

Tasks

• Regular health consultation hours for employees as well as clients at three locations
• Ensuring quality standards according to operational and cantonal requirements
• Training in medication management and documentation requirements
• Seasonal influenza prophylaxis
• Processing of extended topics such as fall prophylaxis, kinesthetics, personal hygiene, and more on behalf of the general management.
