The Radiologie Plus team is a merger of several established radiological institutes in Eastern Switzerland, including the radiological departments of the Thurgauer Kantonsspitäler Frauenfeld and Münsterlingen, under one common roof. The Radiologie Plus team also ensures the teleradiological supply of several clinics and medical facilities in the cantons of Thurgau, St. Gallen and Graubünden. Our portfolio includes the complete range of services in diagnostic imaging, interventional radiology, nuclear medicine and radiotherapy.

We are looking for Radiologie Südost in Chur as of 1. January 2027 a

MPA / Medical Secretary #

50-100%

You will take over ##

• Reception and administrative admission of patients
• initial comprehensive patient clarification upon appointment scheduling
• Appointment coordination for the doctors' consultation hours
• Support of the doctors in administrative and organizational tasks
• First point of contact for internal and external inquiries
• Management of the reporting system
• Ordering process
• Completion of all general secretarial tasks

What you bring with you ##

• Completed training as an MPA or further training as a medical and hospital secretary
• Professional experience in the medical field
• Good, reliable PC skills (MS Office) as well as the ability to quickly familiarize yourself with new PC programs
• Sound knowledge of medical terminology
• Ability to work in a team and resilience
• Joy and empathy in dealing with patients
