To strengthen our UK specialist unit, we are looking for a person as

UK Consultant / UK Coordinator, 20%

starting immediately or by arrangement.

In this role, you will become part of our UK specialist unit and actively help shape Augmentative and Alternative Communication (UK) at Blumenhaus Buchegg.

• Your tasks:
• You will work in the UK specialist unit in both the children's area and the adult area.
• You will take on professional tasks in the areas of counseling and implementation of individual UK solutions.
• Together with your colleagues, you will further develop Augmentative and Alternative Communication (UK) within the entire organization.
• You will advise and support employees in the implementation of UK in everyday life.
• You will contribute your expertise in internal training, in the UK core group, UK specialist group, as well as in external network work.
• You will keep your specialist knowledge up to date through exchange and further training.
• What you bring:
• You have completed training in remedial or social pedagogy, speech therapy, occupational therapy, FaBe EFZ, or an equivalent pedagogical qualification, as well as further training as a UK Consultant or UK Coordinator.
• You have experience in working with people with complex communication impairments as well as in the use of sign language, electronic and non-electronic aids.
• You are characterized by team spirit, commitment, openness, and flexibility, and you know how to adapt professionally to different situations.
