Your profile:

• Dipl. Physiotherapist FH with SRK recognition
• Existing driving license B
• Professional experience is an advantage, but not a requirement
• Knowledge in the areas of geriatrics, neurology, and lymphology is an advantage
• Independent and reliable way of working
• Flexible and resilient
• Language skills in German

Your tasks:

• Home treatment and care of patients
• Written treatment planning and documentation
• Active interprofessional cooperation with doctors, Spitex, and therapists
