How the everyday professional life is structured:
– Nursing of female and male patients in the zone model on the ward with around 24 beds in the three-shift system
– Managing a zone with the assigned patient group
– Adequate delegation of nursing actions to nursing staff
– Working according to the principles of Lean Hospital in a dynamic team

Competencies and potential:
– Basis: Diploma as Pflegefachfrau/Pflegefachmann (HF, FH or equivalent)
– Preferably: Experience in an acute care facility
– Very preferably: high patient orientation and pronounced organizational skills
– And also: great team player qualities, working in a three-shift operation
– Absolutely: enjoyment of a varied and lively hospital everyday life
