Introduction ###

Le Centre médical 1890 brings together 4 doctors and a team of 5 medical assistants around local, human, and quality medicine. As part of our team's development, we are looking for a qualified medical assistant to strengthen our administrative and clinical pole, with an occupancy rate of 60% to 80%.

Your missions

• Physical and telephone reception of patients, management of the agenda and appointments
• Preparation of consultations and technical assistance to the doctor (blood tests, injections, dressings, ECG, etc.)
• Administrative management: maintenance of medical records, correspondence and billing. Close collaboration with the medical and administrative team of the center
• Ordering, management and control of medical equipment and stocks. Preparation and maintenance of consultation rooms.
• Sterilization and monitoring of the office hygiene according to current standards

Your profile

• CFC medical assistant (recognized title in Switzerland) or equivalent diploma
• A first experience in a medical practice is an asset.
• Sense of welcome, organization and discretion (medical secrecy). Excellent communication skills.
• Ease with IT tools and professional software (Mediway, Onedoc and Office)
• Good command of French; knowledge of another national language is a plus
• Team spirit, punctuality and reliability. Ability to work autonomously and in a team.
