You will have the opportunity to actively help shape the nursing sector and ensure a high quality of nursing and care together with the management

Your tasks with the new employer:

• Take over the professional, personnel, and organizational management of the nursing sector and create reliable framework conditions for employees and residents
• Continuously develop nursing quality and existing processes and ensure the implementation of professional as well as operational standards
• Work closely with the management and other specialist departments and contribute your experience to the further development of the institution

You offer your new employer:

• You are a leadership personality with several years of experience in a long-term care institution
• You have a broad professional nursing understanding and bring experience in the management and further development of nursing quality and operational processes
• With your clear and appreciative manner, you lead employees in a goal-oriented way and succeed in winning them over to common goals
