For our ward with a focus on urology and interdisciplinary surgery, we are looking for a dipl. nursing professional with an additional function in specialist responsibility. You will care for patients at a high level of nursing and actively participate in the professional and organizational further development of the ward.

YOUR AREA OF IMPACT

• Needs- and customer-oriented care and support of patients according to the nursing process in cooperation with our partner doctors and an interprofessional team.

YOUR TASKS

• Holistic and individual care of the patients assigned to you according to the nursing process
• Independent implementation of the diagnostic and therapeutic measures prescribed by the physician with the support of our healthcare assistants
• Recognizing and mastering emergency situations and initiating adequate measures until the doctor arrives
• Taking responsibility for correct patient documentation and information transfer in the assigned area of responsibility
• Carrying out internal department evaluations as well as subject-specific short training sessions

REQUIRED EDUCATION

• Completed training as a dipl. Pflegefachfrau/-mann or corresponding SRK recognition for foreign diplomas

PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE

• Professional experience in an acute care hospital required

OTHER SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE

• Great flexibility, resilience, and high organizational talent
• Good German language skills in speaking and writing (B2 certificate)
• Good IT user knowledge
• High social competence and strong empathy
• Ability to work in a team and ability to guide employees
