For our client, an established long-term care institution with over 150 employees in the Schaffhausen region, we are looking for a committed registered nurse HF/FH with enjoyment in professional responsibility and quality development.

Requirements ##

• Education as a registered nurse HF/FH or equivalent training
• Several years of professional experience in long-term care
• Enjoyment in passing on specialist knowledge and providing professional guidance to employees
• Interest in quality development and nursing specialist topics
• Independent, structured, and solution-oriented way of working
• High professional and social competence

Tasks ##

• Ensuring and further developing the quality of care
• Professional guidance and support of the nursing team
• Taking over case management in demanding care situations
• Participation in the further development of nursing standards and processes
• Active participation in direct care
