Pflegefachperson HF/FH (60-100 %), you will accompany patients in various institutions in the Luzern region during this important phase. In your temporary assignment, you combine professional nursing with targeted resource promotion and work together with various specialist departments to make individual progress possible.

Your tasks with the new employer:

• Accompany patients during their rehabilitation process and align nursing specifically with their individual needs
• Promote existing skills and support the regaining of as much independence in everyday life as possible
• Plan, coordinate and evaluate the nursing process and continuously adapt measures to the progress achieved
• Work closely with physio and occupational therapy, the medical service and other specialists on common rehabilitation goals

You offer your new employer:

• You have completed your training as a Dipl. Pflegefachperson HF/FH or have the corresponding SRK recognition
• Professional experience in rehabilitation is an advantage, alternatively you bring sound nursing experience and interest in this specialist field
• You work in a resource-oriented manner, act independently and bring the necessary patience for individual development processes
• Appreciative communication and close cooperation with different professional groups are part of good nursing for you
