At the Mühlehaus in Bärau, a temporary home is being created for our residents. While new construction takes place in Konolfingen, people, care, and everyday life are moving into an extraordinary transitional building.

Not everything here is routine. And that is exactly what you might like.

YOUR TASKS
Thinking along instead of just following along.
You actively help shape everyday care. Your ideas are in demand, especially when new processes arise or existing solutions do not work.

• You accompany and care for residents individually, professionally, and in a resource-oriented manner during the night.
• You create a safe and structured environment and promote the well-being of our residents.
• You perform nursing and medical tasks according to your training.
• You recognize changes in health status and initiate appropriate measures.
• You work closely with our nursing assistants and support our Pflegehilfen SRK, AGS EBA on site with your specialist knowledge.

Responsibility and trust.
You work independently within your competencies, document carefully, and ensure professional care together with your team.

YOUR PROFILE
A solid foundation.
You have completed training as a Healthcare Specialist EFZ or an equivalent recognized qualification. You are prepared to work permanently at night.

A clear head and a good sense for people.
You recognize what is important, set priorities, and find practical solutions even in unfamiliar situations. In doing so, you encounter residents, relatives, and colleagues attentively, respectfully, and at eye level.

Desire for change.
You do not need a finished manual for everything. You think along, ask questions, and contribute your own ideas.
