Job Description ##

• Holistic care and nursing of the guests in the sense of our nursing mission statement and the nursing process
• Execution of treatment-related nursing activities
• Planning and accompaniment of physician visits
• Electronic nursing documentation using Care-Coach
• Taking on tasks as a reference person
• Management of the nursing process
• Leading case discussions
• Taking on daily responsibility with coordination of the day team
• Taking on tasks as a theme bearer, technical authority to instruct

Requirement Profile ##

• Completed training as a Dipl. Pflegefachperson HF or FH.
• Professional experience in long-term care and/or in coordinated nursing interventions is an advantage
• RAI knowledge (InterRAI-HC) desired or willingness to attend these courses
• A warm and humorous basic attitude
• Enjoyment of versatile challenges
• Flawless German language skills, differentiated oral and written expression skills
