For a renowned client in Basel, a residential and nursing home, we are looking for a Ward Manager, 80-100%, starting immediately or by arrangement.
You will be offered an independent, demanding, and varied leadership task in a lively and familiar working environment. The house is very easy to reach by public transport.

• Solid and practice-proven nursing expertise
• Practical experience and specialist knowledge from long-term care
• Leadership experience and ideally leadership training
• Empathic attitude in dealing with people in need of care as well as with relatives and doctors
• High social and organizational competence
• Communicative and reflective personality
• Economic thinking and acting
• Enthusiasm, openness and humor

• Leadership, organization and further development of the department
• Responsible for the implementation and ensuring of the nursing process
• Advising, promoting and supporting the employees in the team
• Project work within the framework of quality processes
