Team Lead Nursing, 60-100% Your contribution: You lead and coach two somatic nursing teams at the Bremgarten location together with another team lead and promote the further development of your employees; You organize and coordinate the operational daily business and ensure smooth processes; You are responsible for high-quality and demand-oriented nursing and care and accompany complex client situations; You support your team with technical questions and help to optimize processes and workflows; You actively contribute your ideas and thus make a contribution to the further development of the nursing sector; What you bring with you: You have a diploma recognized in Switzerland as a nursing professional HF/FH as well as sound professional experience, ideally in Spitex; You bring leadership experience and communicate clearly, appreciatively and solution-oriented; You have a high level of social, self-, methodological and specialist competence, think entrepreneurially and act independently; You have organizational skills and good IT knowledge; What we offer you: A versatile and responsible leadership task with scope for design; A varied activity with leadership, organization and professional further development; Regular working hours from Monday to Friday, at least five weeks of vacation and modern employment conditions; An appreciative, collegial corporate culture with careful induction as well as individual training and development opportunities; Send your application to: bewerbung@spitex-mr.ch.
