As a Customer Advisor, you are the face of our company: you visit people at home or in the hospital, recognize their support needs, and inspire them with our services. With your positive charisma, your customer orientation, and your talent in sales, you create trusting relationships. You enjoy working independently, bring joy in dealing with older people, and present yourself in an engaged and reliable manner. Proficient use of MS Office, a driver's license, and the desire to be on the move complete your profile. Your tasks: * You visit our customers at home and record their individual care and nursing needs with a professional eye and much empathy. * You take responsibility for the entire nursing process -- from the admission situation to discharge -- and ensure high-quality, needs-based care. * You know the process of needs assessment for health insurance companies and process all necessary documents efficiently and correctly. * You work closely with doctors, hospitals, Spitex organizations, health insurance companies, as well as other external partners and ensure a smooth flow of information. * You lead and support our caregivers in the nursing context and are their professional contact person. * You monitor the recorded hours and ensure correct and transparent documentation. Your profile: * Training as Dipl. Pflegefachperson HF. * An engaged, team-oriented personality who takes responsibility and acts reliably. * High social competence as well as strong organizational and stress resistance skills. * Warm joy in dealing with elderly people and their relatives -- an appreciative attitude is a matter of course for you. * People, their self-determination, and their well-being are at the center for you, and you want to actively contribute this attitude to nursing and care. * Proficient use of common IT applications and openness to digital work processes. * Advantageous: Experience with the assessment instrument interRAI CH Switzerland. * A valid driver's license completes your profile. * Very good German skills.
