The Altersheim Chestenberg in Möriken-Wildegg offers healthy and care-dependent elderly individuals and couples a place to stay in a familiar environment. The house is built for the elderly; they should feel comfortable in it and enjoy the greatest possible freedom. They should be able to make full use of the amenities and activity options; in the event of illness and need for care, personal and professional care and support are guaranteed to them. To strengthen our nursing team, we are looking for:

For our Night Watch team, we are looking for as of 1 January 2027 or by arrangement a:

Fachfrau / Fachmann Gesundheit EFZ Night Watch 40 %

In the Alterszentrum Chestenberg - our Chesti - live 41 residents. We are a manageable house with short distances, a personal atmosphere and a team in which people know each other and support one another.

Our surroundings are also special: A water lily pond, the rushing Bünz, a splashing brook, old trees and colorful plants make the Chesti a small natural location in the middle of Wildegg.

What awaits you at night

• Together with the Night Watch team, you ensure safety, well-being and professional care for our residents.
• You take on nursing and caregiving tasks according to the individual needs of our residents.
• You react calmly, competently and responsibly in extraordinary situations.
• You carry out the electronic nursing documentation reliably and ensure a good flow of information to the day service.
• You work independently and can simultaneously rely on a well-coordinated team and clear structures.
• You actively contribute your observations, experiences and ideas to the further development of our care.

What you bring with you

• Completion as Fachfrau/Fachmann Gesundheit EFZ or a corresponding SRK recognition
• Joy in the care and accompaniment of elderly people
• Professional experience and confidence in nursing situations
• an independent, responsible and reliable way of working
• calmness and overview - even if a night does not run calmly
• a warm and respectful attitude towards our residents
• team spirit and good cooperation with the colleagues of the day service
• good German language skills and confidence in handling electronic nursing documentation
