Your tasks – When every second counts

• Initial assessment (triage) and prioritized care of emergency patients according to urgency
• Implementation of acute medical measures – from resuscitation and blood clotting to initial medicinal care
• Monitoring and stabilization of critical patients in close coordination with the medical team
• Support during complex emergency interventions and application of state-of-the-art medical emergency technologies
• Coordination with rescue services and ensuring a smooth patient flow in the emergency room
• Communication with patients and relatives in crisis situations – professional, empathetic, and goal-oriented
• Documentation of all measures as well as active participation in process optimization and quality assurance

Your profile – Competence, nerves of steel, and professionalism

• Completed training as Dipl. Expertin / Experte für Notfallpflege NDS
• Experience in the emergency room, intensive care unit, or pre-clinical emergency care is an advantage
• Confident handling of high-pressure situations and complex emergency scenarios
• Sound knowledge in emergency medicine, traumatology, and acute care
• Ability to act analytically and precisely even under time pressure
• Ability to work in a team and enjoyment of interdisciplinary cooperation with rescue services, doctors, and specialists
• Very good German language skills in speaking and writing
