Dipl. Nursing Specialist FH/HF or Social Pedagogue 80 - 100%

These are your tasks

• Inpatient care, accompaniment, and promotion of adolescents
• Creative environment-comprehensive key person work with active shaping of the youth-psychiatric nursing process
• Proactive collaboration in the interprofessional core and treatment team
• Ensuring shift operation and the ward milieu in close cooperation with social pedagogues
• Leadership / Co-leadership in group therapeutic offerings
• Co-shaping and implementation of change processes

What you bring with you

• Completed vocational training in the field of Nursing HF/FH (proof of recognition from the Swiss Red Cross for foreign diplomas)
• Completed vocational training in the field of Social Pedagogy
• CAS "Working with mentally ill children and adolescents" completed or the willingness to complete this
• High social and personal competence as well as resilience
• Joy in interprofessional collaboration and a sense of humor
• Experience in a youth-psychiatric, psychiatric setting
