Short-term inpatient and outpatient surgery in a familiar environment with lean processes and predictable working hours. In Luzern, we are looking for a healthcare specialist (female/male) with a workload of 40 - 100 % to start immediately or by arrangement. At a specialized location for short-term inpatient and outpatient procedures, close, appreciative interdisciplinary cooperation at eye level awaits you.

What awaits you in this responsible task

• You care for newly operated patients in various specialties
• Upon delegation, you participate in planning, initiating, and executing diagnostic and therapeutic measures
• You are a competent contact person for important non-medical services
• You work constructively with nursing specialists as well as attending physicians
• You accompany, promote, and support trainees in their education and actively shape their professional and personal development

What you bring with you

• Completed training as Fachfrau Gesundheit EFZ or Fachmann Gesundheit EFZ
• Great flexibility, resilience, and high organizational talent
• Good IT user knowledge
• Good German skills in speaking and writing (C1 certificate)

• Predictable working hours from Monday to Saturday noon, no night and no Sunday services
