The Fondation des Maisons de Retraites du district d-Aigle, comprising the EMS d-Aigle, Bex and Les Diablerets.

Employing approximately 240 staff members, currently including 190 long and short-term care beds, 28 CAT places and meal services delivered at home, the Foundation plans to increase its reception capacity and diversify its services, notably with the construction of a new EMS in Bex whose opening is planned in 2028.

La Résidence des Diablerets is a medico-social establishment whose mission is of a geriatric and compatible psycho-geriatric type. With a capacity of 22 beds, it houses elderly residents for long and short stays and has a temporary reception center. In order to complete the nursing team, we are looking for:

a Red Cross Health Care Assistant at 80%

Your profile:

Holder of the mandatory Red Cross health care assistant certificate

Beneficiary of experience in advanced age psychiatry (an asset)

Interest in the elderly. Dynamic, enthusiastic, rigorous person. You show flexibility - day shifts, evening shifts, and two weekends per month. Geographical proximity to Les Diablerets or desire to settle there

Your main tasks:

Accompanying residents in ADLs (activities of daily living: hygiene, nutrition, mobilization, monitoring, safety and comfort for residents); Participating in individual and group animations; Performing basic and comfort care; Collaborating with other services.
