For a temporary assignment in a long-term care institution in the Luzern region, we are looking for a Dipl. Pflegefachperson HF/FH with a workload of 60 to 100 %. You will accompany residents over a longer period of time, which gives you the opportunity to observe health developments closely and use your nursing expertise purposefully. At the same time, you will take responsibility in the nursing process and be an important professional contact person within the team.

Your tasks with the new employer:

• You take over the professional care and support of the residents and ensure individual care considering their needs and resources
• You plan, manage, and evaluate the nursing process independently and adapt nursing measures specifically in the event of changes
• You recognize health developments early, initiate the necessary steps within your competencies, and perform more demanding medical-technical measures
• In exchange with FaGe, doctors, relatives, and other specialists, you contribute your nursing assessment and ensure coordinated care

You offer your new employer:

• You have a diploma as a Pflegefachperson HF/FH or, in the case of a foreign qualification, the corresponding SRK recognition
• Experience in long-term care is an advantage and helps you to quickly familiarize yourself with the processes and the needs of the residents
• You enjoy taking on responsibility, work independently, and can also assess more complex nursing situations based on professional knowledge
• In addition to your professional competence, you bring patience, empathy, and joy in working with different professional groups
