Tasks

Professional care and support of patients or residents

Support with medical and nursing measures

Shared responsibility for high quality of care and its documentation

Observation and communication of relevant changes in health status

Collaboration with nursing professionals as well as interdisciplinary teams

Accompanying and supporting relatives

Profile

Completed training as Fachfrau/Fachmann Gesundheit EFZ

Joy in dealing with people and a high degree of empathy

Independent, responsible, and team-oriented way of working

Good German language skills in speaking and writing

Driver's license Cat. B is an advantage (especially for the Spitex area)
