Your tasks

• With our customers, you take on assignments in basic and treatment care.
• You play a decisive role in ensuring that our customers enjoy first-class and individual care at home.
• You advise and accompany our customers and their relatives, based on their individual needs.
• You carry out needs assessments with RAI-HC at the customer's location.
• You participate in preventive, diagnostic, and therapeutic measures.
• Promoting the independence and quality of life of the customers in their home environment.
• You carry out comprehensive nursing histories and assessments.
• You instruct the subordinate employees regarding nursing measures.
• You take on administrative tasks within the framework of case management.

What you bring with you

• You are a certified nursing professional (HF, FH, AKP, DN II).
• You have the InterRai HC course or have the willingness to complete it.
• Ideally, you have several years of professional experience in long-term care or in the Spitex sector.
• Independent, structured, and efficient working characterizes you.
• You are resilient and flexible.
• You possess a category B driver's license and ideally have your own car.
