In a long-term care institution in the Luzern region, a team is waiting for reinforcement by a Fachfrau or Fachmann Gesundheit EFZ 60-100 %. You will step into daily nursing life for a limited time, take on responsibility, and become part of the team from day one. In doing so, you will get to know new ways of working and people, contribute your own experiences, and can find out on the side what you want from your next professional chapter.

Not just participating, but right in the middle of it

• You accompany the residents through their everyday life and shape the care individually according to their needs, habits, and available resources
• You take over basic and treatment care within your area of competence and ensure professional care with your attentive manner
• You perform medical-technical tasks professionally and react attentively to changes in health status
• You document your observations carefully and work closely with your nursing team so that important information is passed on reliably

Experience is good, motivation is just as good

• You have completed training as a Fachfrau or Fachmann Gesundheit EFZ or, in the case of a foreign qualification, have the corresponding SRK recognition
• You are interested in long-term care and enjoy accompanying older and care-dependent people individually through their everyday life
• You work independently, reliably, and responsibly and, with your open manner, quickly find your way in a new team
• Whether you already have professional experience or are fresh after your apprenticeship completion, the decisive thing is that you are motivated to take on responsibility and to get to know new things
