Specialist Physician (60-100%) Psychiatry and Psychotherapy

Our client is an established organization with an important social mandate in the Solothurn area. To strengthen the interdisciplinary medical team, we are looking for a committed and responsible personality. The position offers attractive framework conditions, flexible working models, and the possibility to work up to 50 % in the home office.

Tasks ###

• Assessment of the capacity to work and reintegration of people based on interviews, files, and medical examinations
• Creation of insurance medical opinions and medical assessments
• Professional support and advice to insurance and reintegration specialists
• Interdisciplinary cooperation with treating physicians and other stakeholders
• Participation in the rapid and sound clarification of benefit claims
• Analysis of complex medical issues and development of comprehensible decisions
• Collaboration in projects, training, or other specialist topics

Profile ###

• Specialist title in Psychiatry and Psychotherapy or other medical specialty with several years of professional experience
• Interest in insurance medical and social insurance law issues
• Strong analytical and networked way of thinking
• Enjoyment of interdisciplinary cooperation
• High willingness to make decisions and take responsibility
• Loyal, constructive, and team-oriented personality
• Very good German skills in spoken and written language
• For this function, no professional practice permit (BAB) is required.
