Your tasks – Medical management and strategic development

• Independent conduct of consultations, diagnostics, and therapies in the field of General Internal Medicine
• Responsibility for medical quality assurance and compliance with current health guidelines
• Leadership and development of an interdisciplinary team as well as promotion of appreciative cooperation
• Further development of the practice site in close cooperation with specialist colleagues, practice management, and health authorities
• Interdisciplinary cooperation with specialists to ensure comprehensive patient care
• Care of acutely and chronically ill patients as well as preventive medical counseling
• Support in the implementation of modern technologies and efficient workflows

Your profile – Professional competence with leadership experience

• Completed medical studies with specialist title General Internal Medicine (FMH or equivalent recognition)
• Several years of experience in primary care or a general medicine practice
• Leadership experience or interest in a leading activity in a practice or a health center
• High sense of responsibility, teamwork skills, and communication strength
• Independent and patient-oriented way of working
• Very good German skills in speaking and writing, other language skills are an advantage
