For an established institution in the field of long-term care in Basel, we are looking for a committed nursing professional HF/FH for the management of a residential area as of 1 January 2027 or by arrangement.

In this responsible function, you will undertake the technical and personnel leadership of a nursing team and contribute significantly to ensuring professional and individual care and support for older people.

Requirement Profile ##

• Completed training as a dipl. nursing professional HF/FH with a focus on nursing or psychiatry or equivalent, SRK-recognized training
• Professional experience in nursing, ideally in long-term care
• Leadership experience and enjoyment in the management and development of a team
• Further education in the field of management or leadership is an advantage
• Strong social and communication competence
• Appreciative, empathic, and motivating leadership style
• Independent, structured, and solution-oriented way of working
• Organizational skill and a high sense of responsibility
