What you can achieve ###

• Disciplinary and technical leadership of approx. 6-8 employees
• Regular operative participation in the OR as well as support of the employees
• Ensuring the continuous further development of clinical nursing practice in close cooperation with the specialists in charge
• Responsible for clearly structured work processes and good working environment factors (e.g. correct skill-grade-mix, nurse-to-patient ratio etc.)
• Guaranteeing the economic and budget-compliant provision of services and the recording of services
• Leading complaint management as well as ensuring the flow of information both within the team and interprofessionally

What you bring with you ###

• Completed training in operation technology (HF level), leadership training an advantage
• Several years of experience in OR operations, ideally with profound practical experience in the respective specialized area as well as 1-2 years of leadership experience
• Good knowledge of the specific OR processes, structures and requirements of the assigned team
• Pronounced understanding of interprofessional cooperation and the interfaces between OR technology, medical staff, anesthesia and other professional groups
• Pragmatic and solution-oriented personality with high service orientation
• Pronounced communication skills, social competence and organizational talent
