La Fondation La Maison des Bosquets, a living space open to the world, has the mission to accompany seniors requiring support in maintaining their autonomy. The support enjoyed by the 130 residents is the result of an interdisciplinary approach, carried out by some 200 professionals united by a common mission, which they serve through both their know-how and their soft skills.

Missions and responsibilities:
Identify the needs and resources of the residents
Support and/or supplement taking into account their resources and potential
Guarantee the various medical cares under the delegation of the nurse
Contribute to the development of the Montessori approach and the Strengths-Based Approach
Contribute to the individual project of the resident
An interest in developing your personal skills in connection with your activity and especially in sharing them
Mastery of the French language and IT tools
Profile
o Professional skills validated by a HES or CFC diploma as ASSC
o Aptitude for night work
o A manifest interest in the elderly
o An aptitude for communication, a sense of listening, you are comfortable in human relations
o A capacity to work in a network, in an interdisciplinary team, to manage complex situations and to adapt.
o Leadership skills, a dynamic, committed, invested, reliable nature with high ethics.
o An interest in developing your personal skills in connection with your activity and especially in sharing them
o Mastery of the French language and IT tools
