Founded in 1896, the Foyer St-Joseph is a Medico-Social Establishment welcoming Elderly People, with a capacity of 138 long-stay beds and 4 short-stay beds, organized into six departments. The institution employs more than 190 people including 120 in the nursing sector, while maintaining a human dimension, we promote individualized care. Members of AVALEMS & the Association Ensemble contre la Douleur, practicing the Relational Clown Auguste approach.

• Federal Certificate of Capacity (CFC) as ASSC
• Experience in geriatrics is an asset
• Knowledge of IT tools

Mission

• Ensure, promote and look after the physical, psychic and social well-being of residents by stimulating their individual resources and respecting their personality, their religious belief.
• In collaboration with the nurse:
• Ensure the organization of work in their unit while respecting the physical and psychic safety of the residents.
• Accompany, within the framework of the care project, the residents under their care and supplement the incapacities of dependent persons for the performance of activities of daily living.
• Evaluate the adequate attitude to have between comfort and health promotion in our interventions with residents.
• Contribute to good communication between team members and other departments.
