Sought position:
Dipl. Pflegefachfrau HF / Dipl. Pflegefachmann HF Spitex (m/f/d)

Your tasks:

• Professional care and support of clients in their home environment
• Planning, implementation and evaluation of the individual nursing process
• Implementation of basic and treatment care according to medical prescription and nursing planning
• Recognition of changes in health status and initiation of appropriate measures
• Assumption of nursing responsibility within the scope of own competencies
• Advice and support of clients and relatives
• Professional guidance and support of employees
• Cooperation with doctors, therapists and other specialists

Your profile:

• Completed training as dipl. Pflegefachfrau HF or dipl. Pflegefachmann HF
• Professional experience in the Spitex area is an advantage
• Good German language skills in speaking and writing
• Independent, structured and responsible way of working
• High degree of empathy and social competence
• Organizational ability and enjoyment of independent work
• Driver's license category B and own vehicle required or advantageous depending on the assignment
• Willingness to work flexible hours depending on the assignment company

Working regions:
Various regions in German-speaking Switzerland, depending on the assignment company.
