For our location in Schachen, we are looking for an apprentice Laboratory Technician EFZ specializing in chemistry starting from August 2027. #

Your Tasks

• Planning and conducting experiments: A laboratory technician for chemistry plans and carries out experiments for the analysis and production of chemical and biological substances.
• Preparation and equipment use: This includes preparing samples and solutions, working with and maintaining laboratory equipment, as well as documenting and evaluating results.
• Quality control and guidelines: Additionally, quality controls are carried out and safety, hygiene, and quality regulations are observed.
• Teamwork and support: Laboratory technicians work in a team and support research, development, and product testing.
• Focus of activity: Manual skills as well as the safe, efficient, and critical execution of experiments are the central focus.

Your Profile:

• Completed secondary school (Level A preferred) with good performance in biology, chemistry, physics, and mathematics.
• Clean, precise, and reliable working style with good observational skills and fine motor skills.
• Perseverance, patience, and the ability to think in networks.
• Enthusiasm for research, experimentation, as well as for handling electronic devices and complex apparatus.
• Strong teamwork skills for successful collaboration in the laboratory.
