We are looking for a committed and cheerful Healthcare Specialist EFZ (m/f/d) for a modern, non-profit Spitex organization that ensures comprehensive, needs-oriented care and support on behalf of several municipalities in the Zürcher Oberland.

Requirements profile ##

• Completed training as a Healthcare Specialist EFZ
• Professional experience - ideally in the Spitex sector
• High degree of client and service orientation
• Strong social, self-, and communication competence
• Flexibility, resilience, and joy of innovation
• Good IT user knowledge is an advantage
• Driver's license Cat. B required

Tasks ##

• Performance of basic and treatment care
• Nursing services according to care planning, competencies, and deployment criteria
• Precise and traceable nursing documentation
• Support with everyday organization and living environment - also in complex situations
• Promotion of individual abilities by involving client resources
• Administrative activities within the framework of delegated tasks
• Collaboration in an interdisciplinary team
