Inpatient obstetrics includes the prenatal ward and the mother-child ward. We care for pregnant women, mothers, and newborns - from uncomplicated births to high-risk pregnancies and medical complications. You are centrally responsible for the professional accompaniment, counseling, and care of our patients. In doing so, you use your expertise to ensure individual care at the highest level.

What awaits you ##

• Monitoring of fetal development and maternal health
• Implementation of therapies, including complementary medicine methods
• Comprehensive counseling of the pregnant woman as well as her relatives
• Progressive monitoring of the development of mother and child
• Implementation of therapies, also involving complementary medicine procedures
• Care and psychological support of pregnant women and parents in demanding courses and stressful situations
• Professional accompaniment and promotion of students

What you bring with you ##

• Completed training as a midwife or dipl. nursing professional HF/FH
• Strong teamwork skills as well as high social and professional competence
• Openness and interest in cultural diversity
• Joy in providing comprehensive care and counseling to pregnant women and postpartum women in challenging situations
• Resilience and flexibility for shifts in shift operations
• In addition to German, further language skills are an advantage, but not a requirement
• Confident handling of technical devices as well as good IT knowledge
