tasks

• you support the nursing service management in the professional, personnel and organizational management of the entire nursing area and take over their deputy role
• in doing so, you ensure high-quality, patient-oriented and economical nursing as well as care
• furthermore, you assume co-responsibility for personnel management, employee development as well as the training of the HF nursing students
• you optimize existing processes, further develop nursing standards and participate in cross-departmental projects
• furthermore, you are involved in budget planning, controlling as well as the strategic further development of nursing and the housekeeping service
• the close cooperation with the clinic management, medical staff and other specialist areas completes your versatile area of responsibility
• the workload can, depending on preference, be between 80 and 100%

requirements

• you have completed training as a dipl. registered nurse / dipl. registered nurse HF / FH or an equivalent recognition
• furthermore, you bring several years of professional experience in nursing as well as proven leadership experience
• completed management further education is required
• you further convince through leadership strength, organizational skill as well as high social competence
