Our client is one of the largest psychiatric clinics in Switzerland. Annually, over 3'100 mentally ill adults are treated in inpatient and day-clinic settings. The therapeutic focuses lie in the specialties of depression and anxiety, psychosis and addiction, as well as geriatric and neuropsychiatry.

In the Clinic for Psychosis & Addiction, we are looking for the therapy ward for addiction disorders as of 01.08.2026 or by arrangement

Requirement Profile ##

-A degree as a registered nurse HF/FH/DNII and possess experience in psychiatry and have preferably undergone further training in motivational interviewing
-Enjoyment of interdisciplinary cooperation
-An appreciative, reflective and goal-oriented mindset, high social competence, resilience and customer orientation

Tasks ##

-In this demanding function on the day shift, you take on the role as the nursing reference person in the treatment process
-You independently care for people addicted to controlled substances during withdrawal and during rehabilitation
-You take on complex nursing situations, lead discussion groups as well as patient groups within the framework of the milieu therapy offering
-You actively promote interdisciplinary cooperation
