• You will take over appointment coordination, assist in consultations and provide competent telephone advice for our patients
• In addition, you will perform the necessary administrative tasks with the highest care and precision
• You attach great importance to close cooperation with our doctors, as well as to active exchange with the referring secretariats, outpatient clinics and the various practices

Your experience ###

• You have completed medical training, ideally as Fachperson Gesundheit EFZ or Medizinische Praxisassistentin / Medizinischer Praxisassistent EFZ
• With your sound IT knowledge, your structured way of working and your curiosity, you bring ideal prerequisites for this position
• Your friendly and customer-oriented personality, your strong service awareness and your reliability distinguish you in particular. Several years of professional experience is an advantage
• You appreciate teamwork, are resilient, balanced and commit yourself to your profession with great enthusiasm and commitment
