--- base: meta-keywords: meta-viewport: width=device-width, title: Ergothérapeute - 40 à 50% --- Occupational Therapist - 40 to 50% ============================ ### Occupational Therapist - 40 to 50% Within the RSBJ, your missions will be particularly varied: * As part of the transverse geriatrics program and in order to prevent functional decline, you will intervene with hospitalized patients; you will also provide support to persons hospitalized in medicine or surgery, and will intervene at home with the person to prepare for their hospital discharge. * Within the EMS l'arbre de vie, you will collaborate with the interdisciplinary team acting for the 70 residents * By accompanying outpatient patients, you will also be required to intervene with our clients from the Centre d'Accueil Temporaire * In an interdisciplinary approach, you will organize interventions with the objective of preserving the development, independence, and autonomy of persons * You will actively participate in the development of the service's activities and the institution's projects by working on integrated care and will intervene across the entire health trajectory. * You regularly collaborate with the team of occupational therapists intervening at home and participate in sessions bringing together professionals of the discipline for exchanges of practice and training at the regional level.
