As a Dipl. Pflegefachfrau / Dipl. Pflegefachmann HF/FH, you want to apply your experience in acute care while actively promoting the development of future nursing professionals. For a renowned private clinic in Zürich, we are looking for a committed personality with an interest in pedagogy, starting immediately or by arrangement, at a workload of 80 to 100 %. In this versatile role, you will combine professional patient care with the specialist guidance of apprentices and students.

What awaits you in this responsible task

• Independent nursing and care of patients in the acute care area
• Specialist advice in complex nursing situations as well as active participation in clinical decisions
• Guidance, promotion, and assessment of apprentices as well as students of various nursing educations
• Planning and implementation of short training sessions, learning sequences, and internal continuing education
• Implementation of the educational mandate according to the training concept on the ward
• Collaboration in quality developments as well as nursing projects
• Assumption of additional tasks on behalf of the management

What you bring with you

• Completed training as Dipl. Pflegefachfrau / Pflegefachmann HF/FH or equivalent training such as Bachelor of Science in Nursing, examinierte Pflegefachkraft, Gesundheits- und Krankenpflegerin or Gesundheits- und Krankenpfleger, DGKP
• At least two years of professional experience in the acute care area
• Vocational trainer course, SVEB 1 or comparable vocational pedagogical continuing education or the willingness to complete this
• Very good German skills in speaking and writing
