Dipl. Pflegefachperson (FH/HF/DNII/AKP)

As the public SPITEX organization for the municipalities of Hilterfingen/Hünibach, Oberhofen and Heiligenschwendi, we care for and accompany people at home - with heart and professional competence. To strengthen our team, we are looking for a Dipl. Pflegefachperson (FH/HF/DNII/AKP) immediately or by arrangement workload freely selectable

Your activities:
You take over basic and treatment care including medical-technical measures and medication management for our clients at home
In doing so, you always keep an eye on their well-being, recognize changes early, take appropriate measures and act beyond standard care
You receive medical prescriptions, execute them and actively and individually implement the nursing process according to internal and general nursing standards
You work interdisciplinary and are the contact person for clients, relatives, doctors and other involved parties
After the induction period, you take over situational daily responsibility and occasionally the on-call service, making you the professional contact person for the nursing team

Your profile:
You have tertiary education and professional experience, ideally in SPITEX
You maintain a benevolent, respectful interaction with clients and third parties
You enjoy nursing and contact with (elderly) people and let others participate in this
You work independently, flexibly, reliably and responsibly
You have a driving license Cat. B and travel with your own car
Ideally, you live in the extended catchment area of our SPITEX organization
