Our client is an established elderly and nursing home in rural Wasseramt that offers 71 residents a safe and dignified home. With a lived culture of appreciation and a motivated, well-coordinated team, the house places particular importance on mindfulness and respect in daily interaction. To strengthen the team, we are looking for a committed personality as a Specialist Night Watch (FAGE or HF) in part-time 40-60% per immediately or by arrangement.

Your tasks

• Ensuring safety, peace, and well-being during the night
• Cooperation with assistant staff during the night shift
• Ensuring professional and needs-oriented care
• Documentation of nursing measures and observations
• Early recognition of changes in residents
• Care of residents during the night hours

Your profile

• Completed training as a nursing specialist HF or FaGe EFZ
• Several years of professional experience, ideally in the night shift
• Very good German skills and understanding of Swiss German
• Independent, reliable, and responsible way of working
• Respectful, appreciative interaction with elderly people
• Ability to recognize changes early
• Readiness to work in the night shift from 21-7 Uh
