Your environment

You will work in the semi-open general psychiatric ward Albula in the Klinik Waldhaus in Chur, specializing in crisis intervention and psychotic illnesses. You can expect a collegial, interprofessional team that actively promotes professional exchange, cooperation, and further training.

Your tasks

• You undertake the comprehensive nursing care and treatment of mentally ill patients in acute and crisis situations
• You support the ward management in planning, decision-making, and controlling personnel management processes as well as administration
• You take over the leadership and specialist tasks of the ward management during their absence
• You participate in the implementation of company and process goals
• You promote, develop, and support your employees
• You are co-responsible for the introduction and guidance of new employees, apprentices, and students
• You undertake personnel deployment planning taking into account the applicable guidelines on working hours and personnel regulations

Our requirement profile

• You are a Dipl. Pflegefachfrau HF / Dipl. Pflegefachmann HF and have several years of professional experience, preferably in psychiatric nursing and care
• You possess leadership skills and high organizational ability
• You are creative, reliable, and act in a goal- and solution-oriented manner
• Your high professional and social competence characterizes you
• You possess knowledge in quality management
