IMAMED Radiologie Nordwest AG is a radiological partnership managed in a partnership model. We employ around 130 employees, who rotate across our four locations.

Your tasks:

• You welcome our patients warmly and ensure that they feel comfortable from the very beginning
• You are the first contact person for patients, referrers, and insurance companies
• You maintain sovereign control over the reception and the telephone
• You coordinate appointments across our four locations and ensure a smooth process
• You advise competently, provide information, and always find the right solution
• You work closely and supportively with various specialist departments within the team

• Completed 3-year vocational training with an interest in the healthcare sector
• Proficiency in using IT and digital tools
• Careful, exact, and structured way of working
• Professional, service-oriented appearance with a heart for patients
