On behalf of one of our clients, we are looking for ASSC in home care in the Sectors: Jura, Neuchâtel, Vaud & Fribourg.

Job description ###

• Provide basic care and delegated medico-technical acts (injections, dressings, blood samples, etc.).
• Support beneficiaries in daily life activities and ensure their physical and psychological well-being.
• Observe and report changes in health status in the computerized care file.
• Collaborate closely with nurses and other health partners (CMS, doctors, families).
• Participate in maintaining the hygiene and immediate environment of the patient.

Profile ###

• CFC as Assistant in Care and Community Health (ASSC).
• First successful experience in home care or in EMS strongly desired.
• Excellent ability to adapt to different homes and family contexts.
• Geographical mobility: driver's license and private vehicle indispensable.
• Spirit of initiative, patience and empathy.
