Head of Nursing Department / Head of Nursing Department (80-100%) Nursing Home

For a modern and established nursing institution in Seeland, we are looking for a committed and motivated personality as Head of Nursing Department. The institution is located in a very beautiful region and is easily accessible by car as well as by public transport.
In this responsible function, you will take over the leadership of a nursing department with 46 residents as well as the personnel management of a team of around 30 employees.

Requirement profile ##

• Completed tertiary-level training HF, FH or an equivalently recognized qualification
• Leadership experience is an advantage or great motivation to dare the next career step into a leadership function
• Interest in the further development of employees and nursing processes
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Very good German skills in speaking and writing as well as French language skills

Tasks ##

• Professional, personnel and organizational leadership of the nursing department
• Ensuring high-quality nursing and care
• Promotion, support and development of employees
• Active co-design and further development of the department as well as nursing processes
• Ensuring efficient deployment and resource planning
• Cooperation with the nursing specialist as well as the RAI specialist
• Participation in projects for quality development and organizational development
