Nurse

The employer is looking for a:

Certified Nurse (noted profession)

Tasks:

• Basic and specialist nursing skills in the care and management of patients, also with complex care needs
• good clinical observation skills, assessment of care needs, clinical reasoning and management of priorities
• ability to plan, implement and evaluate nursing interventions while respecting the dignity, autonomy and quality of life of the person
• possession of a CAS in palliative care, with specific knowledge and experience in the palliative approach and in accompanying the person in the advanced and terminal stages of the disease
• support and assistance in daily life activities
• experience in rehabilitation and/or functional recovery, also with geriatric patients
• participation in and action for the prevention, maintenance and promotion of health, functional readjustment and social reintegration
• active collaboration with the interdisciplinary team in the management of patient care

Requirements:

• Training as a Nurse
• proven experience in the sector
• aptitude and/or experience with patients also in the terminal phase
• experience in rehabilitation and/or functional recovery, also with geriatric patients
• relational and organizational skills
• psycho-physical balance
• reliability
• ability to work in a team
• excellent communication skills in Italian and basic knowledge of German
• assumption of responsibility within one's own role
• excellent knowledge of Italian and basic knowledge of German

Employment details:

• workplace in Orselina
• employment degree from 80% to 100%, immediately for a fixed term
• shift work, including Sundays and holidays, day and night shifts
• salary with a 13th month's salary as per the CCL of the sector
