Your tasks and perspectives ##

• Reception and competent care of employees as well as organization of consultations
• Independent management of consultations including appointment planning and coordination
• Completion of administrative tasks and general correspondence
• Implementation of diagnostic, therapeutic and preventive measures such as blood sampling and vaccinations
• Work assignments in the Occupational Medical Service at the peripheral locations of HOCH

What you bring for this position ##

• Completed training as Med. Practice Assistant EFZ or Healthcare Specialist EFZ
• Resilient, flexible and team-oriented personality with enjoyment of a dynamic working environment
• Independent, structured and careful way of working as well as networked thinking
• Interest in occupational medicine topics and enjoyment in advising employees
• High motivation, patient orientation and enjoyment of administrative tasks
